As per the direction of High Court 'case flow  management Rules' will be implemented from tomorrow onwards in all civil courts MACT and family Court in the State Kerala.

From tomorrow onwards cases at the stages of

1. Return of summons

2. Appearance of parties

3 Filing of wst, counter

Will be called before the Court Officer of repective courts between 12 noon to 1.15pm. 

Lawyer s or clerk can make arrangements regarding the above matters

Other matters alone will be called open Court

As per our request Dist. Judge assured that no adverse orders will be passed due to sudden implementation of the above rule. Official memorandum issued in this regard given below

Cause list I & Ii in the memorandum will be published before 4.30pm on the previous day with effect from Monday
