at complainant in his office in name ofhis caste - However, principal grievance of complainant is that he was cheated by accused by breach of trust that existed between them, being business partner ofpurchasing and selling plots - Office of complainant is said to be place in which abuses were given, do not satisfy ingredients of S. 3(1)(X)-Nature ofcivil dispute seems to have converted into serious offence by complainant by taking recourse to S. 3(1)(X) - Hence, chargesheet quashed.
