Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Secs. 21 & 23 - Custody of child - Grant of - Held, mother would be natural guardian for child. Custody with father contrary to settled principles of law. Child was taken away by father without consent of mother. Mother lodged a complaint after waiting whole day. Child had fractured her leg in an accident due to which was not going to school. No apprehension of child missing her school or her academic year which has ended. Revision application allowed and custody of child given to petitioner. (Para 6)
